Rehabilitation (Rehab) is the treatment of an injury and procedures necessary to return an athlete to maximum potential (pre-injury status.)

There are many different things that are part of rehab:

Weight Training
Physical Therapy
Exercise
Stretching
Massage
Counselling
Medication
Nutrition
Re-Strengthening
Meditation
Yoga

Rehab also takes into consideration

Time involvement
Recovery
Just plain "getting better"
